what is really important when they encounter challenges in their health, their career, or their relationships.
Recognized as a specialist in Guided Imagery, Fredda believes in the mind/body healing relationship and the
ability for each person to connect with their inner wisdom, explore their challenges, and find answers within themselves.
Her guided imagery and meditation CDs are designed for relaxation and stress management.
Fredda received her Masters degree
in Health Education & Health Administration from the UCLA School of Public Health and her Masters in Clinical Psychology
from Antioch University. She is Clinical Director at OUR HOUSE Grief
Support Center and on the Faculty of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. In her West Los Angeles
psychotherapy practice, Fredda offers individual and group therapy and professional consultation.
As a professional speaker and presenter, Fredda creates customized workshops
for mental health clinicians, clergy, physicians, hospital and hospice staff, small groups, and businesses throughout the
country. Her workshops fit into any conference as a calming break where participants can relax and recharge.
