Felice Rhiannon is a certified and registered yoga teacher with advanced training in
Yoga Therapy. For over three decades she has been involved
with complementary healing and the study of consciousness. Felice creates specialized classes and private sessions for
people in their middle years and beyond, and for people living with challenging conditions, such as cancer, heart disease,
arthritis, and multiple sclerosis. Felice is the author of A Vibrant Life: Yoga in the Middle Years and Beyond.

Fredda Wasserman, MA, MPH, CT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, has a
background in both Public Health and Clinical Psychology. Recognized for her work in guided
imagery and the mind/body/soul connection, Fredda specializes in working with people who are experiencing challenges in their
health, their career, or their relationships, as well as those who are facing end-of-life or grieving. She has a series
of 5 guided meditation CDs designed for relaxation and self-exploration.
CEUs:
Course meets the qualifications for 5 hours continuing education credit for LMFTs and LCSWs as required by the California
Board of Behavioral Sciences. Provider # PCE 3554. Refund Policy: Course fee, less $25, refunded upon
