Grief and Mourning
After the death of a dear
one, you will embark upon a journey of grief that may feel unfamiliar and confusing. Each person's grieving process
is a unique journey through uncharted territory. It can help to have the support of someone who understands.
In
addition to being someone who is trained to listen and support you emotionally, Fredda will introduce you to how
guided imagery, meditation, and art can help you find ways to calm your mind, nourish your soul, honor the memory of the person
who died, and heal your heart.
Fredda Wasserman, MA, MPH, LMFT, CT has a background in both Public Health and Clinical Psychology. Recognized for her work in guided imagery
